In a moment of crisis, troubled gas station worker Jacob calls a Christian healing hotline after spotting its number on a roadside advertisement. On the other end is David, a volunteer counselor determined to reach him through compassion and faith. But as their conversation stretches across an increasingly tense day, Jacob begins revealing an obsession with his upstairs neighbor-and intentions that grow progressively darker.
